1.What kind of allergens are in empanadas or Arepas?
Cocoloco products avoid the presence of any allergen substances or cross contamination by strict cleaning controls. Empanadas and Arepas are made without any allergens ingredients with the exception of arepa with egg. Besides, in the premises could be potential traces of gluten. We use ingredients to flavours, such as onion or garlic.
2. What are the storage conditions?
Arepas must keep refrigerated below 4 Celcius or frozen. Empanadas must keep in the freezer because they contain meat and cheese. Besides, if you fry empanadas thawed, they could open and release the content. We suggest that when you receive the order immediately, put it in the freezer and follow the cooking instructions.
3. What are my payment options?
We accept Eftpos, MasterCard, PayPal and, Visa.
4. How will I know that you have received my order?
We provide a receipt after you complete the checkout process. It includes shipping charges, your billing address, and the selected items. We sent a confirmation via an e-mail address, so you can keep this receipt for your reference and check the correct delivery address.
5. What are your shipping fees?
Depending on the destination, shipping costs may change, therefore at the time of purchase its provide an accurate and fair fee calculation.
6. How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my goods?
Delivery is generally within 2-4 business days to New Zealand destinations for orders received before 9am Monday through Friday subject to availability of stock and other considerations.
2-3 days for North Island and 3-4 days for South Island.
Rural deliveries can take up to 5 days additional to standard area delivery so please be aware of this additional time frame when ordering.
7. How can I track my orders?
A tracking number (article tracking number) will be sent to you via email after the receipt given from New Zealand Post.

9. What is your return policy?
Guarantee and excellent product and professional customer service is the priority at Cocoloco Tapas Bar. If your online order does not match with the items on the receipt or is not as described, contact us and, we will exchange the item or refund your account over the next ten days. Items must be returned to research close to the original conditions unless they were damaged before you receive them.
